What happens if I need to cancel my consultation?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To help us offer your time slot to other patients who may be waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Please note that a $100 fee may apply for appointments missed or changed without 24 hours' notice.

What can I expect at my consultation?

Upon arrival, my reception team will assist you with the necessary registration paperwork. If you are a new patient, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete this.

During your appointment, Dr Lee will discuss your medical history and concerns in detail, followed by a clinical examination.

If diagnostic tests (for example, imaging, blood tests or sleep studies) are required, our staff will help coordinate these bookings for you. A follow-up consultation is typically scheduled to review your results and discuss a management plan.

As part of Dr Lee's commitment to teamwork and your ongoing care, Dr Lee will provide your GP and referring Specialist with regular written updates on your progress. Please let us know if you would like to receive copies of this correspondence.
