About Me

I am a Victorian and Western Australian trained Specialist in Respiratory and Sleep Disorders. I am passionate about providing the best quality care for my patients, and advocate for patient centered care and a shared approach to decision making. Born and bred in Perth, I moved to Melbourne for my final year of Physician Training and fell in love with the city.

I then completed 2 years of Advanced Training at Fiona Stanley and Royal Perth Hospitals, developing skills and expertise in pleural ultrasound, pleural procedures and interventional bronchoscopy, before moving back to Melbourne to finish Advanced Training at Western Health.

I completed a Fellowship in chronic ventilation and Respiratory Medicine at the Austin Hospital, where I developed my knowledge in diagnosis and management of complex sleep disorders, acute and chronic respiratory failure and ventilation.

I have professional interests and skills in the diagnosis and management of the broad spectrum of sleep disorders, asthma and airways disease and respiratory failure. I am actively involved in the education and development of Physician Trainees, and in research through my affiliation with the Institute for Breathing and Sleep at Austin Health.

In my spare time, I love exploring what Melbourne has to offer, including the diverse food and brunch scene, doing Crossfit and spending time with my toy poodle.
